What is a PCN?NHS England have created a helpful animation that explains the concept of PCNs & how this new way of working enables health & other services to work together to provide better access and care for patients.

Staff NewsletterThe PCN will produce an editorial-style quarterly staff newsletter, also available for patients to view

third party organisationsAs the PCN grows, it will naturally be looking to network with providers outside the traditional primary care model, including third sector services
To allow a central repository of such requests, and to ensure the request is appropriate for PCN engagment - please contact the Somerset Local Medical Committee (LMC) in the first instance who will then distribute information where suitable |
Patient FlyerThe PCN has produced a flyer which will be printed at each f the PCN surgeries. For ease of access, this is also available in electronic format here
